You can create your beta workspace and review a plan now. No subscription starts and no payment is taken until Stripe checkout is activated and you confirm a purchase.

GBP prices exclude VAT where applicable. Provider subscriptions, research credits and mailbox charges are separate. Each workspace uses its own supported mailbox connection. Sending and research remain subject to your workspace settings and provider limits; these plans do not include unlimited emails or data.

What does a workspace include?

A workspace keeps one business’s mailbox, contacts, campaigns, replies and permissions together. Your own company counts towards the account’s workspace allowance, as does each client.

Are research and email costs included?

No. These prices cover Relay. You bring your own supported provider accounts; mailbox subscriptions, research credits and other supplier charges are billed separately. Provider availability appears in setup.

How do monthly payments work?

When billing is activated, you review and confirm a recurring monthly subscription in Stripe. Selecting a tier or returning from checkout alone does not activate it. Relay waits for a verified subscription update.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Once subscribed, open Manage billing in your workspace for the Stripe customer portal. Available plan changes, cancellation timing and any adjustments are shown there before you confirm.

Does a higher tier let me send faster?

No. All tiers use the same approval checks and maximum of 29 attempts per minute per workspace, with daily and monthly settings and provider restrictions also applying. Higher tiers give you more workspaces, not a deliverability guarantee.

What happens to beta access?

Beta signup remains available without a payment card while commercial billing is being activated. Existing workspace data and connections are not changed by choosing a plan.
