Your workspace
Relay stores your sign-in identifier and email, business details, customer records, drafts, delivery history and replies to provide the service. Signed-in accounts can access their own workspaces and workspaces explicitly shared with them.
Your connected services
Mailbox, research, CRM and payment features use the providers you connect or choose. Mailbox and CRM credentials are encrypted on the server. Incoming email is treated as data and cannot instruct Relay to change settings or take unrelated actions. Optional AI drafting uses the business brief and writing guidance when activated; it does not automatically send emails.
Sending and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of your messages, your permission to use contact data and the rules that apply to your recipients. New workspaces start paused. Outreach requires the configured checks and approvals. Recipient opt-outs suppress future outreach. A sending limit or domain check does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Retention and control
Workspace administrators can export records, disconnect providers, suppress contacts and apply reply-content retention or contact erasure from Advanced tools. Stored recovery snapshots are encrypted and retained for seven days. Copies forwarded to your email or exported to a CRM must be managed in those services separately. Drafts are saved per user and workspace. Request further account assistance through Help in your workspace.
Beta availability
Beta registration does not collect payment details. Third-party provider charges may apply. Paid subscriptions are available only when checkout shows an actual configured price and terms. Some connections require administrator activation or provider approval. Availability and support arrangements are still being established; no guaranteed uptime or sales outcome is offered.
