EMAIL OUTREACH

Personal email outreach. A clear next step.

Relay Outreach helps businesses prepare and manage B2B email campaigns through their own supported mailbox. Keep introductions, follow-ups and customer replies together, with control over who you contact and when you send.

Send from your own business mailbox

Your recipients see the sending address connected to that workspace. Relay brings the workflow together: your provider remains responsible for the mailbox. Microsoft 365 work or school accounts and Google Workspace are supported when the corresponding Relay integration is activated; available options appear in setup.

Connect the correct account, confirm your domain and complete a real send-and-reply test before launching a campaign. Hunter-connected mailbox options depend on your Hunter plan. Research credits and mailbox subscriptions are separate from Relay.

Write an introduction that sounds like you

Create a sequence in Emails with an introduction and the follow-ups you want to send. Personalise the content using the supported fields shown in the editor, then preview the result before approval. Research should give you a reason to contact that business; a company matching your filters is not proof that it needs your service.

Save your business signature in the workspace, including a logo where configured, and send a signature test to inspect the result. Each business workspace has its own identity, so a client campaign can use that client’s mailbox and signature.

  • Review the subject, message body and signature together.
  • Check that personalisation fields contain useful information.
  • Keep the offer specific and give the recipient a simple way to respond.

Follow up without losing the conversation

Set the timing of your follow-up steps in the sequence. Relay checks replies and stops further follow-ups when it observes a reply or a contact is suppressed. Copies of replies can be queued to the forwarding inbox saved for that workspace.

Reply detection depends on the connected provider and synchronisation. Check Today for the latest reply sync, upcoming emails and anything needing attention. If you have already heard from a recipient elsewhere, pause or suppress their outreach instead of waiting for the next sync.

Know what is queued and what has been sent

New workspaces start with outreach paused. Prepare your audience, review contacts and approve the campaign before enabling sending. Relay applies the configured sending windows, daily and monthly limits, along with provider restrictions.

Delivery records distinguish queued work from confirmed sends and messages needing attention. A provider accepting a message is not a guarantee that it arrived in the inbox or was read. Start with a manageable audience and review actual responses before increasing volume.

Common questions

Does Relay send emails from a shared Relay address?

Campaigns use the supported sending mailbox connected to the selected business workspace. Check the connected address and send a test before enabling outreach.

Will my Outlook signature automatically appear?

Prepare and save your signature in Relay, including your logo where configured. Do not assume that the signature saved in your Outlook app will be added automatically to messages sent through a mailbox integration.

Can I run more than one campaign?

Yes. Create another sequence in the same workspace for the same business and sending mailbox. Use a separate workspace for a different business or sending identity.

Build your first campaign with confidence

Set up your company, connect a supported mailbox and prepare a small, relevant audience. Review your emails before you enable outreach.
